A true mustard, this plant grows enormous 16in leaves that when cooked are as mild as spinach and when raw fit perfectly well in a salad A must-grow cool weather crop will give you plentiful greens in the spring and fall. The seeds are mustard seeds but are smaller and inferior for making mustard but can be collected in decent quantities.
