By placing an order with Flyover Seeds, you agree to the terms below.

Orders and payment

All orders are processed through PayPal. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, if an item is mispriced or out of stock).

Shipping

We ship to 46 states in United States only. This would be every state except Hawaii, Alaska, California, and Arizona. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees — we are not responsible for postal service delays.

Product accuracy

We do our best to accurately describe our seeds and plants, including their regional suitability and growing requirements. Growing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including climate, soil, and care.

Refunds and Returns

We want you to be happy with your order, but due to the nature of seeds and live plants, we do not accept returns.

Defective or damaged items

If your order arrives defective or damaged, contact us at flyoverseeds@gmail.com with a description of the issue (and a photo, if possible). We will determine, at our sole discretion, whether to issue a refund or send a replacement.

Non-germination

We strive to provide the highest quality seeds. We only sell seeds we are confident planting ourselves

Germination depends on many factors outside our control, including growing conditions, timing, and care. If your seeds have not germinated after a reasonable period, contact us at flyoverseeds@gmail.com and we’ll consider a refund or replacement at our discretion. However, we do NOT guarantee germination. Refunds for non germination will not cover shipping costs and processing fees

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or growth of our products, including crop failure or plant loss. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
