This is one of my favorite peppers and this particular variety I haven’t seen for sale, but the closest on the market that i have found are called aji guayana. My father got this 30 some years ago and it’s been in my family ever since
A Capsicum baccatum
These are similar to the amazon peppers you’d find at steak and shake, but larger, and I think those are supposed to be a hybrid
I think they are exceptionally suited for pickling when green because they get quite hot when bright yellow
